Andorra Salut: Access Your Personal Medical Records
Andorra Salut is a free Android app developed by Servei Andorrà dAtenció Sanitària that allows citizens to access their Personal Medical Records stored by SAAS. The app acts as the Personal Health Folder of the citizen.
Once the citizen has access to Andorra Salut, they can view different data from their Personal Medical Records. These data will be accessible progressively. In this first version, citizens can access all personal information related to Pending Appointments and access Medical Reports for Emergency and Hospital Discharge.
It is important to view Andorra Salut as a health tool that will be enriched with many features with the aim of empowering citizens and allowing them to participate in health processes.
